🎬 How to Structure Your Video
1. Where I started
First class. First impression. What scared you, what felt impossible, what your very first attempt actually looked like (yes, show the wobble).
2. The turning point
The class, the instructor, the combo, the moment something clicked and you thought "oh, I can actually do this."
3. Where I am now
What you can do today that you couldn't do back then. Show it.
🗣️Talking Points (Pick atleast one)
Say at least one of these out loud
on camera (not just as text on screen):
1. What made you nervous or hesitant
before you started
2. What class, instructor, or moment changed
things for you
3. What you can do now that you couldn't
before
4. What you'd say to someone thinking
about starting
📏The Specs
Length: 30–90 seconds (30 seconds minimum to qualify)
Orientation: Vertical (9:16), think Reels/Stories/TikTok, not landscape.
Must include: at least one talking point, spoken on camera.
Mix it up: talking head + real footage clips. We want to hear your story and see your progress.

When uploading your video to Instagram (or any other platform), look for the cover/thumbnail option before posting.
Select the template as your cover image.
Step 1: Post it
1. Share your video as a feed post on Instagram and other social media platform.
2. Also share it as a story.
3. Tag or collaborate with @AchievePoleStudio on both and include #ThisIsHowIAchieve in your caption.
